ABOUT ME

I am a clinical, mental health therapist who specializes in narrative therapy and RFT (Relationship Focused Therapy). I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Prior to my work as a therapist, I have worked as a clinical mental health case manager with the acutely mentally ill homeless populations in Seattle. I have worked in clinical case management for children and adolescents and have also enjoyed getting to spend a few wonderful years as a middle and high school teacher. 

I am a Kansas native who is happy to  live and serve in the Midwest. Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy writing, poetry readings, sparkling water, supporting small businesses, and watching Survivor.
